Proposal

Apple Tree 1 x Leylandii 3 x Cypress Apple Tree - fell because of excessive shading and low amenity value. Replant with 1 dwarf willow tree to the front left corner of the plot. Section of hedge currently made up of 1 leylandii and 3 cypress trees. Leylandii - fell because of excessive shading and low amenity value. Replant with evergreen yew hedging along left hand side of driveway, Yew trees to be 30/50 cms high, planted 3 to 5 per metre. 3 Cypress trees - reduce height by 50%. This will maintain privacy to my garden and neighbour opposite. Trees are also currently touching overhead electric cables. All works discussed with Jonathan Dart Tree Surgeons from Fernoak Ltd. Works pencilled in for the 23 April 2015 with your approval. NB. Advice received by Mr Matt Gulliford via telephone and using satellite street view. Remarks:
