These trees were planted by the applicant on the basis that they would be maintained as small trees owing to the size of space in this area of the garden and the proximity of buildings.

There are two trees in the front garden Permission is requested to fell both trees. Tree 1 = Weeping Birch Tree Tree 2 = Maple Tree Weeping Birch (Tree 1) This has become too large for the site, the roots are lifting the paving around it, making it a trip hazard. Roots have also entered the nearby drains, causing problems. Permission is sought to fell the tree, to make safe access to the property and to make space on the driveway for off street parking.
