Approximate height: 45 feet (13.7 metres). Proposed Works to T1. Permission is sought to carry out the following works: -Reduce overall height by up to 3.5 metres. -Reduce lateral spread by up to 1.5 metres throughout the canopy. -Prune and shape to promote a natural, balanced conical form. All pruning cuts will be made back to suitable growth points in accordance with good arboricultural practice and BS3998:2010 - Tree Work Recommendations. Reason for Works: The proposed works are required to: -Maintain the tree at a suitable size for its setting. -Improve structural balance and long-term stability. -Reduce excessive shading and wind loading. -Support the ongoing health and amenity value of the tree. The works are for routine arboricultural management purposes only and do not involve removal.
