A reduction to help prevent further damage from wind or the heavyweight the tree may no longer be able to support. Weakening causes through the fungi infection. T1271 - complete removal. Tree is severely rotten and dead. Rot cavity holes into the tree, at the base of the trunk and half way up. Dead branches all the way up tree. Tree needs to be completely removed as soon as possible.
