T1 Sycamore - The tree has overgrown it???s surroundings and whilst it has been previously reduced, it features less than ideal unions and a large sail area. It also, being in a residential area, has the potential for huge damage if it were to fail. This is a request for full removal to create space in the garden and remove the risk of damage and clear up if the tree was to fail.

Sycamore (mature) - To raise canopy by 3-5m, pruning back to suitable pruning points. To thin canopy by approx 20%. This is in order to let more light in to the garden and to provide more aeration for the tree.
