Proposal

Listed Building Consent to retain the existing replacement sashes, overhaul and modify them to suit FINEO vacuum glazing and install the FINEO glass adjacent to three fixed windows and the fan-light above Door D1. Replace deteriorated modern joinery on one window. Undertake minor repairs to internal plaster with lime plaster, and decorate with breathable silicate paint. To replace the undersized UPVC gutters with cast iron.
