Proposal

T1: Sycamore - Fell to ground level. T1 is a maturing Sycamore with codominant stems and tight, included unions. These structural characteristics increase the potential for stem or union failure, particularly given the tree’s exposed position and susceptibility to high wind loading. Due to the location of the tree above neighbouring properties, complete removal is therefore recommended as a proportionate management response to reduce the identified risk to the properties and residents below.
