Proposal
Variation of condition 3 to alter the wording to state 'No dwellings within the archaeological area, identified within the programme of archaeological investigation (dwellings 490 to 510) shall be occupied until (i) the post investigation archaeological assessment has been completed in accordance with the approved Written Scheme of Investigation and (ii) that the provision made for analysis, publication and dissemination of results, and archive deposition, has been confirmed in writing to, and approved by, the Local Planning Authority.' Approval of Reserved Matters, to be read in conjunction with outline permission PT12/1930/O, for the erection of 147 no. new dwellings, setting out of public open space, including a leap, 2 no. allotments and associated landscaping, and infrastructure at parcels H8, H9, H10 and H11 with appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale to be determined.
