Internal alteration to ground floor to install glass floor over cellar steps; removal and replacement of staircase from ground to first floor; demolition of internal partition walls on first floor and construction of new partitions. Retention of works for the demolition of masonry partition wall and door located in kitchen and brick wall in courtyard (ground floor). Retrospective consent for lifting kitchen and dining room flagstones and concrete slab installation; removal of slab to allow breathable structural subfloor and reinstatement of flagstones. Reinstatement of removed lath and plaster ceilings and partitions.
