Proposal
T1 - LIME - fell - The tree has been managed as a small pollard for many years but is becoming to big for the small area it is in. T2 - WILLOW - pollard - one side of the tree recently failed, clean up the tear cut on the failed side and bring the rest of the tree down to a low pollard to mimic the failed side. T3 - WILLOW - reduce top by 4-5m and 1-2m of the laterals. I believe reducing this tree will reduce the chance of it failing as the tree is quite exposed.

Demolish and rebuild identically a chimney at the Mill House with lead chimney tray The reason for this is to avoid rain pouring down the chimney. It does not have a lead chimney tray. We plan to rebuild the chimney with this included. We aim to use all the existing bricks provided not too many of them are damaged during the demolition process.

T1- Holly: Reduce in height by 2m to prevent further growth into Ash, tree and maintain the tree at a suitable size for the garden. T2- Holly: Fell to ground level. The tree has become too large for the garden given the number of other trees in close proximity, and has made the corner of the garden very crowded. It also has some dieback in the canopy. T3- Laurel: Permission to reduce in height by 3-4m and width by 1-2m so as to maintain at an appropriate size for it's species before it becomes too big for it's surroundings.
