Proposal
NMA to SDNP/24/00001/FUL - Amendment of approved drawing OFS-04 and OFS-07 (North and South Elevations, November 2023), and any other approved drawing that shows the same wall, to show the north (road-facing) wall as built. The approved drawing marked a section of the wall ?to be rebuilt?. When the roof and internal timbers were removed, the wall was found to be single-skin with inadequate footings and unable to stand without the roof, and it abuts the public road. The whole wall was therefore rebuilt on new footings, on the original footprint and to the original height, using the original flint and the bricks approved under condition 3. The elevation, materials, openings and footprint are unchanged from the approved scheme.
