Proposal

Two-storey rear extension and single-storey rear infill extension; replacement and reconfiguration of sections of the existing roof, including replacement of an existing rear rooflight with a dormer window; alterations to fenestration; and associated external alterations. The application also seeks retrospective permission to relocate the principal entrance door and form an entrance porch to the front elevation. This alteration had been contemplated as part of the wider improvements to the dwelling and was brought forward during maintenance works undertaken in 2026 to rehang the existing clay tile cladding to the front elevation. For clarity, the rear extensions, roof reconfiguration and associated proposed works described above have not commenced.
