Fix covering of clay tiles, including: breaking out side renderwork (on north-east side of front of house), removing all existing hanging tiles, installation of new breathable membrane, installation of tanalized counter battens and tanalized battens, re-tiling by intermingling reusable tiles and replacement tiles of a similar nature. Finish off with leadwork as necessary.
