(Reason: too close to utility cables) T13: Lime - Remove major dead wood, supply and fit cobra brace to reduce risk of failure at poor union, reduce weight on low branches over road by shortening by 3-4m. (Reason: Poor included bark union between 2 largest stems above pollard point) T23: Lime - Fell to ground level (Reason: Dying top, stunted tree. Touching top of right hand boundary wall)
