This mature has not been managed for over 10 year. This tree is also causing excessive shading for the property behind the owners house and is also now touching the roof of both propertys!. T1 - This tree is an asset to the local community and the surrounding area. It recently shed a large branch. This branch landed across the shared driveway and Infront of No.21s front door. Luckily both cars were out and no one was hurt. The tree itself is over extended and has a very large sail. From the ground it is evident that there are pockets of rot in the upper crown. The tree also has branches extending over both houses and is actually touching the roof of number 19. Request a 3.5m reduction in height and a 1.5m reduction of the sides, to growth points where possible. Removal of deadwood and any hazard beams. The aim of the works will be to reduce the risk of failure and reduce sail.
