Proposal

Certificate of lawful development for proposed cladding remediation and fire safety works involving the removal of combustible spandrel panels from the facade and replacement with non-combustible spandrel panels of similar colour and external appearance. Removal of timber decking to balconies and replacement with polyester powder coated aluminium decking. Removal of vertical timber cladding and replacement with timber effect cement fibre board. Replacement of fiberglass covering to the arched beams and steel work at first floor level on all elevations and replacement with pressed metal finish of similar colour.
