Removal of timber decking to balconies and replacement with polyester powder coated aluminium decking. Removal of vertical timber cladding and replacement with timber effect cement fibre board. Replacement of fiberglass covering to the arched beams and steel work at first floor level on all elevations and replacement with pressed metal finish of similar colour.
