Proposal

Temporary installation of a marquee, outdoor cinema screen and children's play equipment on landscaped lawns for seasonal operation during the spring and summer months, for a temporary period of up to three years, with all structures installed and removed annually and the land reinstated following each period of use. In 2026 to operate from 28th March until end September (allowing for installation and break down before and after this). The activities will not be ticketed. The use is ancillary to the existing NEC operations. Planning permission is sought for a temporary period of up to three years to allow seasonal operation. The development would operate for a limited number of months each year only, with all structures removed outside the operational period and the site fully reinstated.
