Non-material amendment to planning approval PL/2024/00923/MINFHO dated 8/7/2024 for demolition of existing sun room and felt roofs at the dwelling house and construction of a new part two storey, part single storey rear extension on an equivalent footprint and higher quality pitched/parapet style roofs. Namely for the replacement roof to the front and side that is proposed to be flat (as per the existing), to be lower than the height approved, and with a dark grey aluminium fascia. All existing windows are to be replaced, and all windows are proposed to have a dark grey frame to match the fascia.
