Replacement of existing columns (currently 19 overall) with 11, 10 metre high thin green tubular columns with a total of 30 luminaires as per scheme attached (The number of luminaries remains the same as the existing scheme). This means that each court will be lit by 4 columns at each corner as per the scheme except for court 1 which will use one of the columns at the edge of court 3.
