Listed Building consent for existing septic tank it to be decommissioned and replaced with a new pump station with final gravity discharge to the foul public sewer in the road at the front of the property and the existing septic tank will be decommissioned and backfilled. There will also be some rainwater drainage diversions to remove cross connected pipes. All works will be to below ground drainage but some drainage gullies may need to be replaced also.
