NAMELY to reword condition 7 to exclude the 2 year trial period. FROM- The restaurant shall not operate outside the hours of 6pm and 10pm Friday and Saturday nor at any time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Sundays and only for specified period of 2 years from the date of this permission (26/8/2023) , after which further permission must be applied for from the Local Council to operate the restaurant. TO-The restaurant shall not operate outside the hours of 6pm and 10pm Friday and Saturday nor at any time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Sundays.
