Listed building consent for minor alterations to approved internal layouts of listed building and attached modern extension (Regularisation of changes to previous approval PL/2015/51081/LBC). This includes not adding a dividing wall to create bedrooms 3 and 4, not forming an additional doorway between the kitchen and lounge, retaining the kitchen sink at the rear of the kitchen, new glazing to the northeast and southeast elevation corner of the extension, and new glazed panels to the rear elevation of the extension which are now opening casements with two further mullions.
