Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising: Structures: a new single span underpass structure carrying a footpath underneath the HS2 railway and associated concrete wingwalls; fences/walls: one robust kerb, a galvanised steel safety guard rail located on top of the north-east underpass wingwall structure, approximately 1.1m in height; and security fence Type 2 located on top of the southwest underpass wingwall structure, with a maximum height of 1.8m; noise barriers: an acoustic parapet barrier with a height of 2.7m at the eastern end upside; associated earthworks to facilitate the construction of the Footpath M191 Underpass and the realignment of Footpath M191.
