Proposal
Submission under Schedule 17(6) of the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017 for Non-Material Amendment to Schedule 17 consent ref no. PL/2021/02429/HS2DIS for alteration to approved lorry route due to changes to the local highway alignment. Amended lorry routes for approval comprise the following: Access and egress due to realigned A452 Chester Road - Interim route during construction of Interchange Station highway realignment: Inbound Route - Heading north on the A452 exit on the A452 slip and at the roundabout utilising the Traffic Management (TM) exit the A452 roundabout into the site. Outbound Route - Join the roundabout and take the 1st exit heading north to the next roundabout, at this roundabout take the 4th exit heading south on the A452, at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A452 heading south to re-join the Strategic Road Network (SRN). Access and Egress due to realigned A452 Chester Road - Route following completion of Interchange Station highway realignment: Inbound Route - Heading North on the A452 at the roundabout utilising the TM exit at the A452 roundabout into the site. Outbound Route - Heading South on A452 egress site onto to the A452 roundabout and take the 3rd exit to follow the A452 South.
