Proposal

Redevelopment of 3 No. outbuildings within the curtilage of Eastcote Cottage, to provide one new detached dwelling with associated access and landscaping. The total footprint of the three existing buildings proposed to be demolished is 140sqm, whilst the new dwelling has a footprint of 117.5sqm, so the overall footprint will be reduced from the existing buildings. The new dwelling is 1.5 storeys, with the majority of the building being a single storey at ground level.
