Proposal

In line with TPO and conditions of planning inspector (Appeal reference APP/Q4625/W/20/3247933) undertake minor pruning of the oak tree. The canopy is currently oversailing the roof of the proposed garage which is under construction. While crown raising, and pruning has taken place by the construction company in 2004, concerned that the canopy could damage the roof of the garage if left as it currently is.
