Proposal

Removal of existing dilapidated front wall to the main house and replace it with 850mm high front wall and 1210mm high piers constructed from tumbler blue headers for pier caps and top of the front wall with red brick and blue engineering bricks below DPC level. Perimeter front and side wall to match the same materiality of the proposed front wall to the main house. Existing vehicular gate and pedestrian gate to be replaced with 1500mm high vehicular timber slatted double door entry gate and 1200mm high timber slatted entry gate. Open canopy log store with timber supports with GRP flat roof. Planting of 2 No. silver birch trees. 2.2m high feather-edged fence to match up to existing feather-edged fence located along Glovers Close. Replacement of existing timber double doors to rear hall to match existing with double glazed units installed and fully glazed sidelight. Renewal of tarmac to the driveway for vehicular access and main driveway. Natural stone paving added where indicated. Internal staircase to the main house reconfigured. Low level shrubbery added to the perimeter of the proposed wall as indicated.
