T1 common oak tree - located on council owned land adjacent 157 Solihull Road, Solihull, b90 overhangs the property and has a mass of epicormic growth along the trunk also overhanging the property requiring removal. Reduce canopy overhanging property to previous pruning points (reducing approximately 1.5m) and remove epicormic growth to below main canopy and severe ivy.
