Remove Sycamore tree 3, that has developed a severe lean towards both the houses at 92 and 94 and is now encroaching on the low-lying branches of the well-established magnolia tree that is over 100 years old. Remove tree 6, that is growing through the ancient yew tree and leaning towards the footpath and highway, the tree has also surrounded the lamppost to such an extent light from it is completely obscured.

Reshape, to slightly reduce overall size, and to improve shape, 1 No. yew tree (T2) at front of house. Fell & remove 1 No. dead cherry tree (T3) in rear garden.
