Proposal

Fell conifer tree (C1) and replant with rowan tree , in same position. Conifer tree (C1) was previously reduced in by height & spread in 2005. it has since regrown becoming very wide and tall, causing excessive shadowing in the surrounding garden, and overhanging the neighbouring property (61). This application is to seek permission to fell the conifer tree and replant with a rowan tree*, this is in addition to two existing rowan trees (R1 and R2) that have recently been planted (* or a similar new tree if agreed/advised).
