Fell and remove 4 No. leylandii conifer trees in rear garden of 17 Kenilworth Road identified as trees 4, 5, 6, 7 on sketch plan and replace with a continuation of laurel hedge that already runs along the back of the garden up to the trees in question; allowing holly tree identified as tree 8 on sketch plan to thrive with the additional light then provided to it. Carry out very light trim to new growth of yew trees (Subject to TPO) 9 and 10 to maintain their appearance, expected to be approximately 6 inches (152.4mm) of growth. Carry out crown lifting of cherry tree identified as tree 11 to allow access underneath the tree to approximate height of 10ft (3.05m).
