Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Reduce canopy by 2.3 metres to just below the previous pruning points on 1 No. oak tree at the side of property (T1). This will reduce the overhang over the property and also reduce the heavy weight on the property side. Remove epicomic growth on the main stem to a height of 5 metres. This will allow more light to get to the property. The tree is in a healthy condition and there are no visible signs of any diseases.
