Planning application

Brynkerry Back Lane Newburgh Wigan Lancashire WN8 7XB

Granted Sefton T/2024/0069/TCA Works to Trees in Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 Holly tree. This tree has developed some kind of severe affliction resulting in its significant deterioration as an amenity. It is, sadly, proposed therefore to fell the tree T2 Apple tree. This tree has not been pruned for around ten years, and requires remedial pruning. I would suggest reducing the crown to one quarter of its present size
