Installation of a stainless steel flexible flue liner in each of the side stack chimneys to the north. Installation of a chimney cowl over each of the 2 chimney flues. Replacement guttering to the north elevation. Reduction in height of a modern chimney on the north elevation. Remove the infill render (cement onto galvanised mesh) around the arched Georgian window on the north elevation. If the stonework beneath is sound, it is proposed to remove this render to allow the stonework to breathe.
