Replacement guttering to the north elevation. Reduction in height of a modern chimney on the north elevation. Remove the infill render (cement onto galvanised mesh) around the arched Georgian window on the north elevation. If the stonework beneath is sound, it is proposed to remove this render to allow the stonework to breathe.
