Proposal
(T1)(T3)(T4) - Fell 3 no. Norway Maple Trees. Arboricultural Assessment carried out and trees were found to be suffering from Phytophthora, evidenced by bleeds and crown die back as well as weak branch unions. Whilst pruning could reduce the risk of failure, it is not sound arboricultural management.
