Proposal
Two mature Portuguese Laurels (T1- Appeal, Neat, Mouse) and (T2 - Raced, Dish, Acting) are showing significant sections of the lower trunk that are rotten throughout their section. For this reason we are seeking permission to replace the trees with new saplings. This will require the complete removal of the existing trees and the planting of their replacements.
