Works: Trees
Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.
Proposal
The tree is situated in Overslade Manor Drive and having been pruned back to the trunk by Warwickshire CC last year, it has grown substantially this year over the back of our garden. We are seeking permission to exercise our Common Law right to prune back the tree to at or close to our boundary.
