T1 Lime, prune height of tree by approx 4m height, (currently 14.5m) and spread by 2m, (currently 8m), tree is in close proximity to property, trees owner would like to keep it at a suitable size for its surroundings. T2 Maple, lift crown by 1m on S.W. side to prevent detritus build -up on garage roof under crown of tree, also remove major deadwood. Tree has been observed since July 2020 and fruiting bodies of Honey Fungus have been present at the base, tree also has cavities within the main stem.
