Planning application

Street Record, Footpath From Robertson Close To Hadfield Close, Clifton Upon Dunsmore, Warwickshire,

Granted Rugby R24/0881 Works to trees

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 Cedar, tree is sited on communual land over footpaths and road in a relatively busy village location. Tree is generally in good condition but this particular species is prone to limb failure under loading. I am proposing to prune the tips of the branches in the mid and upper crown to reduce the chance of this tree from damage. North side of tree; prune back secondary leader in upper crown at an approx. height of 18-20m by 5m, South side reduce over-extended branch tips by 3m back into crown line, from a height of 8m to approx. 18m. West side, prune back extended tips by 1-2m at an approx. height of 12m.
