T1 Sycamore, cut to ground, tree has two notable cavities on South side, cavity at 1.5m has been depth checked at 80cm on stem diameter of approx 120cm, upper cavity has fruiting bodies of Polyporus squamosus present,(photos attached). Tree is positioned in close proximity to applicants and neighbours property. Tree is to be replaced on the property with another suitable species befitting the area to be decided.
