T1 Birch, cut to ground, tree has been dying back in the upper crown, damage consistent with Honey Fungus, tree has shown no sign of improving over 24 months of inspection. T2 Oak, remove major deadwood and prune back from streetlight to give 1m clearance to allow spread of light to footpath. T43 Pine, tree has recently shed a limb over walkway and in proximity to building, remove remainder of damaged limb to stem, remaining part is weak and has an increased chance of further failure.limb on S.W. side of crown. G5 group of Ash and Oak, Willow? at N.E. corner of property, identified on survey as having,low vitality, coppice these trees as per report at 0.5m, leggy stems close to highway footpath with one stem overhanging gardeners shed.
