Planning application
1, BILTON HALL, CHURCH WALK, RUGBY, CV22 7LX
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 and 2 Hollies at front of property adjacent to garage and house, T1 in poor condition with sparse crown and lean to S.W. T2 in better condition but close to side/roof of listed building. Prune height of both trees by approx 2-2.5m and re-shape crowns as appropriate, height currently 6-7m, pruning to help alleviate lean on T1 and keep T2 away from property. G1 Yews at rear on S.E. boundary, lift lower crown for pedestrians to 2.25m and prune back from lawn area by approx 1m retaining informal appearance.
