T1 Beech, tree has two secondary leaders on South side of crown growing toward properties on Arnold Villas, Church Walk. Southern edge of crown is now at the property line. Both secondary leaders have tight unions at base. Prune back crown on South side to give 2m clearance from properties and thin-out these sections by 30-50% as appropriate to alleviate weight stress on poor unions. G3 Conifer and Hollies at rear boundary and Western boundary forming hedge-like screening of properties at rear, reduce height by approx 2.5m, (currently 7m) to retain screening whilst allowing more light to garden. Trees insignificant in context of conservation area.
