Proposal

T5 Lime, tree is part of group affected by rot in the centre of historic pollard point, although T5 is relatively smaller than the neighbouring trees if T1-4 on the plan are re-pollarded it will remove the shelter afforded by their crowns to this tree which is in close proximity to No.3. Tree is in similar condition to T1-4, I am proposing to re-pollard at old point at 7m, (currently 20m).
