Proposal
It is proposed to demolish the existing rear extensions and erect a new two storey extension to the rear. It is also proposed to raise the ridge height of the main dwelling , and convert the loft space for additional accommodation. It is proposed to modify the front access to the site from Hillmorton Road , by rebuilding the existing wall , formation of new access point and extending the existing dropped kerb. It is also proposed to erect a wall and gate to the existing rear access to the garage.
