Mr Choat kindly visited my address and discussed my options. I would quite simply like to cut the two branches Mr Choat said would be ok at the trunk as per 2 Lower lines on picture AND if possible the 3rd line that is above the lines by 1 meter this is a smaller thin branch but I fear it could possibly snap and land on my car. If 3rd branch not ok then please just authorise the two that Mr Choat verbally agreed when he visited. My neighbours own the tree but these branches are over my boundary. They do not want the height reduced at all but are happy for me to make these amendments they live at 44 High Rd.In short the tree has branches over 2 meters long break and fall onto my car and the birds often sit on branches and go to the toilet on my car!I apologise if my terminology re trees is poor however having discussed and Mr Choat visiting and seeing I am hoping that this will go through due to the simplicity of the request and hope it will go straight to Mr Choat to sign off.Thank You Robert Lewis

T3 oak tree; 3 metre crown redution. Tree is located in the garden behind significantly overhangs into our garden, resulting in not being able to use this corner of the garden due to bird droppings I have to keep my two small children away from this corner too due to the amount of bird droppings. The previous application was refused due to the crown appearing flat and unbalanced view from owners side but as you can see from the photos there are multiple branches that extended outwards each side.

Lime trees at front of property 23 and 25 high road Rayleigh 23/ T1-T2 pollard back to old cuts 2-3m of foliage will be removed to reach this 25/ T3-T4 hard reduction around 1.5-2m back to a suitable growth point and crown thinning These trees are very large for the space they are in and casting a large shadow over the property?s meaning there is no natural light in there homes and an increase in heating bills due to no natural heat from the sun they are also reporting that peaces of dead wood are falling and being next to a footpath and crossing there are worried it could cause harm to themselves or the public they would like the works completed to keep them at a more manageable size as they are a fast growing tree in a small area They also interfering with there over head phone and internet lines as branches are pushing on the wires they could become damaged they could be left with no internet connection or phone lines
