Proposal

T001, T002 and T004 – three mature London plane trees (Platanus × hispanica) at Orleans Park School adjacent to Richmond Road: crown reduce each tree by up to 3 m in height and lateral spread, retaining balanced natural crown outlines and pruning to suitable secondary growth points in accordance with BS 3998:2010; concentrate the T002 reduction on the major branches associated with the identified wound/potential crack and the crown overhanging Richmond Road. As safe access to the road-facing crowns requires substantial traffic management, the applicant requests local-authority support through the waiver or reduction of Council-controlled fees, confirmation of the minimum compliant traffic-management arrangement, and operational coordination or assistance with the required road closure.
