Move porch door to within 49a, with extended porch roof above. Alter existing front steps to create separate main entrance for 49a. Reconfigure shared parking area and boundary details to create deeper parking bays. Add or replace heritage-style rooflights at roof level. Create new pedestrian gate for 49a in riverfront boundary wall.
