The tree is approximately 370mm DBH, 6.5m spread and 5m tall located 160mm away from the grade II listed Queen Anne lime mortar boundary wall running along the front of the property adjacent to the pavement. The wall is in in eminent danger of collapsing onto the public pavement with a list of approximately 12 degrees over the pavement. The leaning wall is caused by the subject tree and needs to be removed. A further application for listed building work to rebuild the wall will follow once this tree has been removed. If it is not removed the wall will collapse in the very near future.
